DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 3RD, 2019

The 2019 NEGMS invites graduate students to submit works of art and art-related scholarship that explores, complicates, or is otherwise related to this year's theme. This might include, but is not limited to film/video, painting, photography, sculpture, performance, installation and interactive art. We also accept scholarly works about media and the arts.

Adventure. Pilgrimage. Expedition. Migration.

An exploration of the journeys that define us.

Accepted panelists will be given 5-10 minutes to present their work however they wish, followed by a 30-minute moderated panel discussion. If your work will need additional presentation requirements beyond video projection please include this information in your submission form.

The 2019 NEGMS Selection Committee will announce the "Best Project" award at the day of the Symposium, with a $250 prize.
